AbstractFacing more and more challenges and opportunities of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises. Policy guidance, the rapid development of industry and the fierce market competition has put forward higher requirements on the enterprise management level, how the strategy under the guidance, perfecting and optimizing its organizational structure can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, so as to improve operational efficiency,enhance the enterprises profit ability, is facing many problems in medicine circulation enterprises.This paper is divided into seven chapters. In this paper, through the study of typical enterprises, points out that in the current state of health care reform, development of the industry will usher in opportunity to accelerate ( National Health and people increasing health demand ) and challenges ( operating retail cost of record highs, at all levels of talent shortage ) conditions, focused on solving the problem of Tong Junge company in its strategic orientation, organizational structure to optimize and improve, in order to concentrate all resources and strength, especially to highlight the main business, change for the development of the company core competitiveness, in the fierce market competition, improve the management level, to build high efficiency service to the downstream customer platform. Is an attempt to resolve the practical problems of enterprises article.
