优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 中 文 摘 要 目 的： 本论文从理论源流及临床应用两部分对井穴的文献进行整理。 井穴的理论源流主要总结历代医家有关井穴的论述，探讨井穴临床应用 的意义及其理论根据。临床应用部分主要通过古今文献中的有关论述进 行整理，找出古今文献中井穴应用及操作方式的异同，得出井穴的发展 演变过程。 方 法： 采用归纳、推理法，检索清代及清代以前即 1911 年以前的有 关井穴记载的中医古籍及现代发表在国内医学杂志中的文章。建立相应 数据库，录入古今文献资料。从井穴的源流、穴名释义、别名、部位、 归经、穴性、刺法、灸法及临床应用等 9 个方面进行归纳、整理。找出 古今应用不同处。 结 果： 通过整理，发现井穴的发展演变过程大致可分为三个时期： 第一个时期：井穴理论的萌芽时期（即春秋战国时期）；第二个时期：井 穴理论的发展时期（即自汉代至民国时期）；第三个时期：井穴应用理论 的体系完善时期（新中国成立至今）。古今井穴在理论方面的认识基本一 致，如：归经、穴性、刺法、灸法等。在定位方面有争议：如：中冲、 大敦等。井穴的临床应用古今进行对比，其主治症规律基本一致，治疗 疟疾、昏迷、虚脱、中暑等急重症以及中风后遗症等。 结 论： 1.井穴是以所出为井，以井为始为理论基础，以井主治心下 满为临床应用基础。2.井穴善于治疗疟疾、神志病、急重症及中风后遗症 等，体现其井穴理论的独特性。 关键词： 井穴；文献整理；临床应用 Jing Point Theory and clinical application of literature Abstract Objective Raise points of this thesis, including the theory and clinical application of document traceability of two parts.
