旧居住区景观改造的研究——以克拉玛依市为例摘要伴随着社会的进步，经济发展步伐的不断加快，人们对生活水平的要求也正发生着 质的飞跃，而较早期的居住区的建设受到当时经济水平的制约，其主要目的就是快速大 规模的满足人们的居住要求，伴随着经济的不断发展，这些早期建成的住宅区不论是其 设计手法还是基本的功能服务上都与人们日益增长的物质文化需求相矛盾，特别是与现 代社会机动车交通的增长和居民对生活交往空间需求增长之间的矛盾日益突出。但是如 果只是简单粗暴的推倒重建又不符合我国提倡的建设节约型社会的要求，所以旧居住区 的改造是合理而且有必要的。随着人们对生活质量的要求越来越高，人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高，不仅是 居住区的硬件设施，当然也包括外部景观环境，但是由于旧居住区建造时间较为久远， 当时在小区规划设计时的一些弊端慢慢的暴露出来，例如道路破损，绿化比较简陋，植 物物种单一，树木过于稠密形成地面污染；小区现有场地分割零碎，健身设施缺少；缺 少消防设施，存在消防隐患；小区内存在违章乱搭建的建筑，占用停车位，导致停车位 严重不足，停车困难；小区景观缺乏文化性等等。在我看来，要以下几点：改善小区的 生态环境、提升居住区的文化特色和文化品位，通过文化增加小区的特色和可识别性， 摆脱千遍一律的固有模式和外部环境、改变小区的平面构成，使旧居住区景观的线条大 气，流畅、改造小区的道路场地设施、想方设法增加小区的停车位，解决停车难的问题。 是改造后的小区成为环境美观、舒适的宜居家园。研究从旧小区改造的目的、方法、技术路线出发，并对研究的结果进行合理的分析， 得出结论。在小区改造的过程到中，结合居住人群的特点、爱好，完善小区功能，真正 做到 “以人为本”；在改造中使景观与当地文化有机的结合，做到独创性，唯一性和可 识别性；最大程度解决停车位问题，解决绿化与硬化的矛盾等问题。最后，对本文的研究成果和不足之处进行说明，并对旧居住区改造做出展望。关键字：旧居住区；景观；改造；克拉玛依市Study on the transformation of the old residential area——In Karamay as an example AbstractWith the development of economy, peoples living standards continue to improve, and the construction of earlier settlements restrict of the economic level, its main purpose is to quickly scale to satisfy peoples living requirements, with the continuous economic development, the early completion of the residential area of either the design or function of basic services all with the peoples growing material and cultural needs are contradictory, particularly the contradiction between the modern society and the growth of motor vehicle traffic and residents living space demand is growing increasingly prominent.
