面部皮肤癌外科治疗 　　 摘要：目的：探讨面部皮肤癌的手术治疗方法。方法:自2000年1月～2011年8月，本科共收治面部皮肤癌患者93例，分别采用不同的方法（直接扩大切除15例、带蒂皮瓣转移46例、全厚皮移植38例）修复病变。结果:全部病例术后Ⅰ期愈合，皮瓣或移植皮片成活良好，外观满意，随访72例，时间6个月至5年，共复发4例。结论:手术治疗面部皮肤癌治愈率高，根据病变特点选择合适的手术方式可取得较为理想的治疗效果。 　　关键词：皮肤癌；带蒂皮瓣；全厚皮移植；外科治疗Abstract:Objective: To discuss the surgical treatment method of skin cancer in facies.
