企业社会工作介入员工压力问题研究 ——基于深圳富士康员工自杀的案例 Research on Occupational Social Work Interposing in the Problem of Employee Pressure —— A Case Study Based on Employee Suicides of Shenzhen Foxconn ABSTRACT Since twenty-first Century, the world has entered the era of information, and China has entered the accelerating period of social transformation, more and more social problems are appearing. The social and economic organization of promoting the economic growth directly – enterprises, which has become a gathering place of social problems, too. As the main force of social productivity, employees are facing more and more pressure. Resent years, the number of the cases of employee suicides caused by pressure has an increasing trend, which becomes the nightmare of a lot of enterprises. How to help the enterprises out of difficulties and to promote the sustained and steady development of social economy has become the focus of social and government departments. With the Shenzhen Foxconn Event happening, many experts and scholars believe that Occupational Social Work is a new valuable field that needs professional and emergent intervention. This paper is a case study based on employee suicides of Shenzhen Foxconn, which find out the reason of employee suicides of Shenzhen Foxconn in a three-dimensional analysis under Person-in-Situation Theory, and points out that the psychological pressure at the micro level, corporate culture abuses at the meso level, and the social spiritual crisis at the macro level, are the three main causes of employee suicides of Shenzhen Foxconn. The author uses the Crisis Intervention Theory, the Corporate Culture Reengineering Theory, and the Social Support Theory to put forward the idea and method to cope with the Shenzhen Foxconn Event from the perspective of professional Occupational Social Work. At the micro level, the author uses the Crisis Intervention Theory and Employee Individual Service Mode to solve the problem of employee psychological pressure.
