2010届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 物料输送线监控系统设计 院系名称： 电气工程学院 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 副教授 2010 年 05 月 25 日  摘 要 物料输送系统的工作环境通常比较恶劣设备所处环境一般粉尘较大，空气相对湿度高，操作分散，所以对输送输送控制系统工作的安全性、可靠性、维护简便性要求较高。以前，电器控制系统中大多使用分立的继电器，接触器等电器元件作为控制元件，其控制系统复杂，操作难度大，并且安装接线工作量大、修改控制策略难维护量大，严重影响了正常生产。 本文讨论了物料传输系统的种类，分析了选择物料传输系统时一般策略以及与物料传输系统选择相关因素，设计了物料输送系统，确定了物料传输系统的结构。其次，对计算机监控管理系统的功能及应用进行了讨论，并对计算机监控管理系统的特点、计算机监控管理系统的分类及计算机网络监控管理系统进行了详细分析，为计算机监控管理系统的进一步开发提供了理论依据。再其次针对物料监控管理系统上位机的功能，对软件平台的选择及系统构成进行讨论，确定了具体设计方案，并就如何开发物料管理上位机监控系统进行了详细介绍。最后，对物料传输系统监控管理下位机进行了分析讨论，就小车定位控制原理、控制过程及过程实现进行了详细的讨论。最后从系统集成的角度对串行通讯方式、PLC与上位机的连接等方面进行了介绍，并应用到物料传输系统监控管理中。 通过系统软硬件的设计与调试，物料输送线监控系统能够正确地对物料输送线进行监控，达到了预期的设计要求。 关键词：物料运输；监控；组态王；PLC  Title A Monitoring System Design for Material Transfer Line ABSTRACT Packing materials delivery systems work environment, usually a bad environment in general, air relative humidity dust, and so the operation of the control system of work safety, reliability and relatively higher requirement for maintenance portability.
