Job analysis is a systematic process to determine the skills, knowledge and responsibilities required for the job. It is the foundation of human resource management of all activities, only do the job analysis and design, in order to provide the premise and basis of human resource acquisition, integration, maintain and incentive, control and adjustment, development and other functions. Fear disorders of employees
