民族地区农村留守儿童教育问题现状问题及对策——以湘西土家族苗族自治区花垣县为例摘 要近年来，农村留守儿童问题越来越受到政府和社会各界的关注。广大农村留守儿童问题存在于方方面面，但关键是受教育问题。本文围绕留守儿童教育这一主题，以中部欠发达县域兴县为例，对农村留守儿童教育问题的现状、成因分析，并提出民族地区农村留守儿童教育问题的解决策略。全文总共分为四个部分：第一部分绪论对留守儿童的相关概念进行了界定，笔者通过走访湘西土家族苗族自治区花垣县9所小学，并实施了问卷调查对民花垣县9所小学的留守儿童监护现状进行了详细分析；第二部分，通过对花垣县留守儿童的心理、学习、生活三个方面存在的具体问题进行了分析；第三部分，对花垣县农村留守儿童家庭教育因素；学校教育因素；社会环境因素以及自身因素四个方面进行了逐个分析；第四部分，针对以上的分析提出了花垣县民族地区农村留守儿童教育问题的解决策略，以期能够为民族地区留守儿童教育的社会支持问题的解决提供帮助，使留守儿童们能够快乐地学习、健康地成长、全面地发展。关键词：民族地区，留守儿童，教育，社会支持ABSTRACTIn recent years, the problem of left behind children in rural areas has been paid more and more attention by the government and all walks of life. The problem of the left behind children in rural areas exists in every aspect, but the key is education. This paper focuses on the theme of the education of children left behind, in the Central Underdeveloped Counties County as an example, analysis of the status quo and causes of the education problems of left behind children in rural areas, and put forward the education problems of left behind children in rural areas to solve strategy.
