三十里风区高速铁路高性能混凝土施工养护技术的研究 李全文 (中铁二十一局集团第四工程有限公司 陕西西安 710065) [摘要]:兰新铁路第二双线是目前国家投资建设,同时也是世界上在建的最长的一条高速铁路,设计运行时速为350km,而线路穿行的三十里风区严重干旱缺水,年降水量为16.2mm,而年蒸发量为200mm,地表水又极其稀缺,常年8级以上大风天气在200天以上,这些困难因素严重影响了三十里风区高速铁路的建设,尤其是对于用水量较大、受气象因素制约的混凝土施工养护。设计采用使用年限为100年的高性能混凝土,因为该地区特殊的气候条件,目前尚无可作参考和借鉴的标准及施工经验,为保证工程质量,施工方专门针对该恶劣气候条件进行了大量的现场试验,探索和总结出了一套可行的经验。 [关键词]: 三十里风区 高速铁路 高性能混凝土 施工养护技术 Study on High-performance Concrete Construction and Maintenance Technology of High-speed Railway?in Fifteen Kilometers Wind Zone Li Quanwen (China Railway 21st Bureau Group co. Ltd, Xi’an 710065 China) Abstract: The No.2 two lanes project of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway is the world’s longest high-speed railway which is being built and invested by Ministry of Railways of China. Also its ideal design?speed?is 350km/h. However, it will walk through the?fifteen kilometers wind zone where the natural situation, such as drought, is very serious. In that area, the annual precipitation is?16.2mm, while the?annual evaporation?is?200mm and the surface water is extremely scarce. Usually, the quantity of windy weather which has the magnitude of 8 forces is over 200 days in one year. So, all these obstacles have huge effects on the high-speed railway construction in this area, especially for concrete construction and maintenance that will be sensibly influenced by some key factors like water, weather and so on. In this paper, we will propose the concept of design life of the railway concrete construction should be at least 100 years. Because of the special climatic conditions?in this region, there are currently no any reference?standards and?construction experiences for us. In order to keep the high quality of the project, the construction side has carried on a bunch of spot and field experiments for the so fairly bad weather, consequently explore and summarize a large number of practical experiences.
