Abstract: Along with the competitive development of the global economy, having access to the information at an early time is the main reason welcomed by the telemarketing mode. As a mean of marketing, telemarketing can enable the company to transfer the information to the target customer quickly in a short time. At the same time it can benefit the user to receive the information timely. But using this telephone modes cost is lower than others. You use the telephone to directly to connect to the user and communicate with them. It shows it is customer-oriented and the feature between the interaction of the company and customers. I mainly introduce the meaning and tactics of telemarketing in my paper. I hope my paper will offer some help for the people engage in this job.
