Within the Concept Note, only the general framework of your project idea shall be presented shortly and concisely. Do not forget, that the long wordings do not substitute the information requested. Emphasize the strongest features of your project; concentrate on main features, target groups, the cross border effect and the added value that your project brings. GUIDE The purpose of this guide is to contribute to correct and proper filling up of the Concept Note form. The form shall be prepared as shortly and precisely as possible. CN is meant to be a short summary that shall clearly reflect objectives to be achieved, planned activities to be implemented, quantifiable impacts to the target groups, budget coherence, and the cross-border impact. It needs to be described what you would like to achieve, by which means, instruments and your budget estimations. Since the background documentation such as permits and plans are not required at this stage, the relevance of the idea, described activities and budget will play a significant role in the assessment and selection process.
