立式焊接设备运动仿真 指导老师：李钦奉 指导老师职称：副教授 摘 要 气电立焊(英文简称EGW)技术从20世纪80年代中期才引进我国是一种全自动控制上升系统配用专门的药芯焊丝以CO2气体保护进行立向对接焊焊接垂直或接近垂直位置的焊接接头 ABSTRACT Electrogas arc welding technique（short named of EGW in English）was introduced into our country in 1980s.It is a kind of automatic raising system。It can weld apeak slot under protection of CO2 with specialism pharmic welding silk.The direction of electric arc is apeak to the melt profundity.When it is working,the slip cooper block is at obverse of welding slot while water cooling cooper block is at it’s back. Pharmic welding silk is delivered to the groove in order to realize shape up on both side by welding single side.Of course, it is an advanced welding equipment.We fetch in this kind of equipment from foreign country include of welding silk,appling to welding oil and natural gas tank.The capability of these equipments is very good but costliness, so if one corporation is not big enough ,it can’t afford.In addition,our country didn’t master the technique of pharmic welding silk.So this kind of equipment haven’t been widly used.So empoldering our own electrogas arc welding equipment is looked very pressure.However,if we adopt computering emulation during design,we can checkout some movement parameter.It makes our design more trusty. This article introduces the way of how to make configuration movement emulation by the help of PRO/ENGINEER,and how to save the results into format of pix.By the way,we will introduce some skill in 3D modeling,and how to export drawing of part.
