PLC系统在水平绕线机上应用 　　摘 要： PLC系统已普遍使用在工业生产领域。为了满足彩色偏转线圈大型化、高精细、广角度生产的需要，取代老旧绕线机原有继电器控制系统。根据绕线机工艺要求及产品生产特点，按照实际需要输入、输出控制点的多少，再加上考虑今后生产过程中的技术要求及性价比的特性，进行比较选型。选取PLC系统作为水平绕线机的核心控制系统，完全适用于各种偏转线圈的规模化、工艺化生产。证明它本身具有品种繁多，选型容易，自动化程度高、使用维护简便、抗干扰能力强以及强大的扩展性，是今后水平绕线机控制系统发展的方向。 　　关键词： PLC系统； 水平绕线机； 模块化； 核心控制系统 　　中图分类号： TN911?34 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004?373X（2013）24?0168?03 　　Appliance of PLC system in horizontal winding machine 　　HU Xin?tao 　　（Xianyang Pianzhuan Electronics and Technology Co.， Ltd， Xianyang 712000， China） 　　Abstract： PLC system has been popular in the field of industrial manufacture. To meet the needs of large?scale， high?accuracy and wide?angle manufacture of colour deflection yoke （DY）， and replace the old fashion relay control system used in winding machine， the following factors are taken into consideration in comparing and choosing a control system， which are the process requirements of winding machine and product production characteristics， according to the number of practically?required I/O controlling points， technical requirements and cost performance in manufacturing process. Being selected as the core control for horizontal winding machine， PLC system is applicable for large?scale and technologized production of all kinds of DYs. Also， PLC system has proved its advantages of diversity， availability for finding suitable mode， high automation， convenience in use and maintenance， high anti?interference performance and extensibility. Its testified to be the direction of developing horizontal winding machine. 　　Keywords： PLC system； horizontal winding machine； modularization； core control system 　　0 引 言 　　可编程控制器（Programmable Logic Controller，PLC）在工业控制自动化以及数字化控制技术领域，得到了广泛普及与应用。世界上已生产出300多种PLC工业产品。PLC系列产品在世界范围内???普遍使用在各行各业，深入到人们生活的各个角落，与人们日常生活息息相关。 　　1 水平绕线机的功能及特点 　　水平绕线机是生产彩色电视机和显示器用水平、垂直偏转线圈的专用设备。水平绕线机是可自动控制，并用触摸屏显示各种控制信息。当今彩色的偏转线圈正朝着高精细、大型化、广角度方向发展。水平绕线机的电气控制系统也由原来的继电器系统控制向数字控制系统这方面转移。我公司现有的水平绕线机电气控制系统全是由当前比较先进的PLC系统构成（主要有日本产欧姆龙、三菱；韩国产三星、LG系统）。 　　PLC系统
