体验式教学法应用与价值探讨 　　摘 要 随着高校的不断扩招，近几年的大学毕业生人数以百万的速度不断增长，大学生就业问题面临严峻的挑战。尤其是现在很多企业在招聘人才时很注重其实践动手能力，因此对于各高校而言，加强实践教学水平，注重学生专业技能培养显得尤为重要。体验式教学法是目前很多院校都在积极引入和使用的一种教学模式，这种教学方法具有很多优点，能够更有效地将理论内容与实践相结合，提高课程的参与性、趣味性、实用性以及发展性。体验式教学作为一种创新型教学模式，将有效提升教学水平和办学效果，为全面开展素质教育，培养创新型人才奠定坚实方法基础。本文首先介绍了体验式教学的内涵和应用价值，其次着重分析如何将体验式教学法应用于人员素质测评课程的教学中，以及实施体验式教学后应注意的问题，希望能够为以后教学工作的不断改进和完善提供参考。 　　关键词 体验式教学 学生 人员素质测评 　　中图分类号：G424 文献标识码：A 　　Application and Value of Experiential Pedagogy 　　——Take Personnel Quality Evaluation Course Teaching as an example 　　LI Nan 　　（College of Business Administration， Jilin Teachers Institute of 　　Engineering and Technology， Changchun， Jilin 130052） 　　Abstract With college enrollment， the number of college graduates in recent years， the rate of millions of growing employment of college students facing serious challenges. Especially now that many companies in the recruitment of personnel focused on their practical ability， so for the purposes of the university， to strengthen the practice of teaching level， students focus on professional skills training is particularly important. Experiential pedagogy is a teaching mode a lot of institutions are actively introducing and using， this teaching method has many advantages， will be able to more effectively combine theory and practice content， improve participatory curriculum， fun， and the development of practicality . Teaching experience as an innovative teaching model will effectively enhance the effectiveness of teaching and school ， to lay a solid foundation for a comprehensive approach to carry out quality education and cultivating innovative talents . This paper describes the meaning and value of experiential teaching ， followed by analysis focuses on how the experiential teaching methods used in teaching quality evaluation curriculum， as well as post-implementation experience teaching should pay attention to the issue， hoping to provide reference for the future continuous improvement and perfection. 　　Key word
