穴位贴敷对气虚质和特禀质支气管哮喘患者影响 　　摘要：目的 观察伏天穴位贴敷治疗不同体质支气管哮喘的临床疗效，为优化穴位贴敷治疗方案、针对不同个体组方施治探索新的临床诊疗模式。方法 将符合纳入标准的支气管哮喘患者242例，采用《中医体质分类与判定表》进行体质辨识，选取气虚质31例和特禀质者28例作为研究对象，2组在入伏后采用相同的药物和同样的穴位，每10 d贴敷1次，共贴3次，观察2组患者治疗前后肺功能、生命质量评分、体质条目转化分的变化情况，并对疗效进行比较。结果 2组治疗前后肺功能、生命质量评分、体质条目转化分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 　　关键词：穴位贴敷法；体质；支气管哮喘 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2012.12.005 　　中图分类号：R259.622.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2012）12-0010-03 　　Effect of Acupoint Application on Bronchial Asthma Patients with Qi Deficiency Constitution and Specific Diathesis Constitution QIN Li-hong， CHEN Ya-feng， WANG Hong， GU Guang （The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui TCM College， Hefei 230031， China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the “dog days” acupoint application on bronchial asthma patients of different constitution， explore the new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the optimization of acupoint application programs for different individual prescription and treatment. Methods The constitution type of 242 asthma cases met the inclusion criteria were identified with TCM constitution classification and determination form， 31 cases of qi deficiency constitution and 28 cases of specific diathesis constitution were studied. Both groups used the same drugs and the same points patching every 10 days for three times. The pulmonary function， quality of life score， constitution items integration were observed before and after treatment， and the clinical effect was evaluated.
