Weight: 2.5±0.5kg, 6 months to 12 months, male and female informal. Reference the model-made method of Wang Yu Feng and Cai Qinglin (with the method of modified Tarlov score of motor function, screw into the spinal canal in the C4/ 5 intervertebral space and compress the ventral cervical of spinal cord), 36 New Zealand white rabbits selected after successful model-made were randomly divided into three groups: treated group with Chinese medicine (A group 12), treated group with Methylcobalamin (B Group 12), controlled group (C group12). Group A were given ?shaoyaomugua?decoction 0.25g·kg-1·D-1, group B were given Methylcobalamin tablets 0.15mg·kg-1·D-1. After administration to 7d, 14d, 28d, 4 cases were selected from each group.
