青春期性发育时相与家庭环境因素的关系英文摘要The relationship between the pubertal timing and family environmental factorsAbstractObjective To obtain the occurrence status of pubertal timing among children in Suzhou, and analysis the association between early puberty and family environmental factors. In order to lay the foundation of related research about the puberty, and provide science evidence for early puberty prevention and intervention in school and family.Methods 9456 Chinese students from selected 17 schools in Suzhou weresurveyed by using random stratified cluster sampling methods. Self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the age at menarche and its influencing factors. 10693 available questionnaires were retried finally. The median age was used to show the age distribution of all Tanner stages. The consistency of Tanner stage and puberty category from PDS scores was tested by Correlation Analysis. Compared the factors differences between the two groups with T test or Chi square test, multivariable Logistic regression model was used to explore the risk.Results In this survey, the age of target population of ranges from 9~16 years old ， 54.23% were boys and 55.77% were girls. 1. Boys’ general states during puberty：The P50 age of Genital Development Stage Tanner Ⅱ was attained at 11.12 years, Stage Ⅲ at 13.12 years, Stages Ⅳ at 14.53 years and Stages Ⅴ at 15.58 years.The P50 age of Pubic hair Stage Tanner Ⅱ to Ⅴ respectively was attained at 12.66 years,13.89 years, 14.69 years and 15.72 years. The P50 age of the first spermatorrhea was13.85 years. 2. Girls’ general states during puberty ： The P50 age of Breast Development Stage Tanner Ⅱ was attained at 10.55 years, Stage Ⅲ at 13.04 years, Stages Ⅳ at 14.96 years and Stages Ⅴ at 15.32 years.
