摘要有效的人力资源配置对于任何企业的发展都非常重要,在发展的过程中如何 选择人才、留住人才、发展人才,从而让企业保有持续的竞争力,是所有企业人 力资源管理所面临的共同课题。人力资源规划是要根据企业的内外部环境,结合 企业发展战略,来预测企业的人力资源需求及供给,并采取必要措施,确保企业 在需要的时间和岗位上获取合格的人才。因此进行人力资源规划的研究,对于企 业的发展具有极其重要和深远的战略和现实意义。本文以博众餐饮公司为研究对象,在大量阅读文献的基础上,运用现代人力 资源规划相关理论,分析了公司现阶段人力资源规划的现状,剖析了存在的主要 问题,并根据餐饮服务行业发展形势和企业所处的阶段,结合企业实际情况,对 公司的人力资源需求与供给进行预测,并提出了招聘计划、培训开发计划、激励 考核计划、晋升调配计划等一系列保障人力资源规划的优化方案。最后,本文对 人力资源规划优化方案的实施准备、运行管理进行分析,针对优化方案实施中可 能遇到的各种阻力,并从组织、规章制度、企业文化建设等方面制定了实施流程 及系列保障措施,同时对人力资源规划优化方案的实施效果进行了预测,得出主 要结论及后续研究展望。本文的研究成果,对于重新构建博众餐饮公司的人力资源规划体系,促进公 司人才环境的改善,增强激励的有效性,改善员工的满意度,提升公司在餐饮服 务行业中的竞争力,提供了理论支持和实践借鉴。关键词:博众餐饮;人力资源规划;人力资源需求;人力资源供给AbstractThe efficient allocation of the HR is essential to the development to any entrepreneur. To select, retain, and recruit talents in the progress serves as the common challenge among the industry. In accordance with both the exogenous and endogenous elements, and combined with the entrepreneur developmental strategy, HR planning is capable to forecast the supply and demand of labor in order to place the right talent on the right spot in time. Thus, the research on HR planning has significant importance to the strategic meaning.Based on a number of academic journals, this essay observes BoZhong Catering company to analyze its HR planning situation and pinpoint its dominant problem by using the modern HR planning theory. Furthermore, this essay considers both the current industrial and entrepreneurial development circumstances to predict the supply and demand of HR. Based on the result, the recruitment, training, assessment and promotion plans are customized to optimize the HR. Also, this essay specifies the possible obstacles in the progress and offers fail-safe means in the aspects of organization, regulation and entrepreneurial culture to reach the main conclusion of the thesis as well as the vista of future development.The research result of this essay provides theoretical supports and practical references for reconstructing and perfecting the HR syst
