汕头大学硕士研究生毕业论文产业集群与地区竞争优势――以汕头澄海玩具行业为例汕头大学硕士研究生毕业论文产业集群与地区竞争优势――以汕头澄海玩具行业为例II摘 要随着经济的迅速发展，产业集群越来越多的受到专家学者，企业界人士以及政府部门的重 视。不同的专家学者对产业集群的概念也有所不同，对产业集群的产生原因也有着不同的 见解。近年来，学术界在产业集群形成原因方面的研究日益增多，也取得了一些研究成果。这些 成果主要集中在地缘优势与企业创新方面，但相关的实证研究尚且不多，另外对于实践中 产生的问题也没有系统的阐释。本文在对国内外的产业集群及其产生因素的相关文献进行 分析的基础上，吸收先前的相关理论成果，以玩具行业为例，通过实证对产业集群的产生 进行了系统分析。选取汕头澄海地区的玩具企业为主要样本，利用 GEM 模型、相关性分 析、因子分析、回归分析等统计方法对本文提出的假设进行了验证，得出产业集群的形成 原因在于资源与制度、企业战略与供应商、国内外市场需求等三个因素对的共同作用，GEM 模型的使用由原来的测量产业集群的竞争优势转变为本文中的测量产业集群的形成，并对 最终结果做出了解释。经过本文的实证检验，得出 GEM 模型对研究产业集群的形成原因 方面是很好的研究方法，所得出的结论也非常可信。该研究对我国不同产业集群的产生具有借鉴作用，也为政府制定相关政策提供了一定的参 考作用。关键词：GEM 模型；基础设施；政策；企业战略；因子分析IIIIAbstractWith the rapid development of economies，Industrial Cluster was paid more attention to by Specialists, Businessman and department of government. Different expert has his own opinion on Industrial Cluster, also different ideas about the origin of Industrial Cluster.Recently, academies have accomplished so many achievements on the cause of Industrial Cluster. These achievements mainly focused on geography advantage and enterprise innovation, related less to experimental study and did rarely systematic explanation in practice. This study analyzed relative paper on Industrial Cluster and its origin home and abroad, absorbed their achievements and researched Industrial Cluster on the example of toy industry. Also this study elected the samples in Chenghai, Shantou, utilized GEM model, factor analysis, and regression analysis to test hypotheses and explained the results.
