摘要摘要万方数据万方数据摘要在改革开放 30 年的辉煌历程中，中国产业新城以腾飞之势跨越了初创与成长的 历史时期，并迈入了调整转型的发展新阶段。在功能转型过程中，产业新城面临着空 间结构失衡的困局，交通、社会、环境问题相继涌现。为解决上述问题，促进新时期 产业新城的可持续与创新发展，本文以产业新城空间生长机理为切入点，旨在揭示空 间生长的过程及其成因，并基于此探索未来产业新城空间优化的方法与策略。论文在展望了以问题为导向的空间生长研究趋势后，进行了下述三大主要内容的 研究：首先，通过对国内产业新城的实证研究，揭示了产业新城起步雏形、快速推进、 调整转型三个阶段的空间生长过程特征、影响要素及其作用机制；其次，以未来优化 目标为导向明确了产业新城优化的内容，并在此基础上构建了优化的方法策略；再次， 基于产业新城发展空间生长机理与优化策略的研究，对无锡新区进行实证研究，进一 步探讨理论在实践的应用，为产业新城空间优化提供参考。论文的主要结论：第一，产业新城空间在动力与组织机制的共同作用下，逐渐生 长并形成各个阶段空间秩序和空间形态；第二，产业新城的持续发展模式必须向综合 性新城区迈进，发展模式将从单一的“产业区经济”转向综合的“城区经济”；第三， 产业新城的持续发展动力必须强调创新学习作用力，依靠传统的要素驱动、投资驱动 在新背景下已难以为继；第四，基于现状和发展趋势，产业新城需从与母城关系、功 能、形态等方面进行空间的优化，同时强调战略性空间的管控，创新城市空间秩序、 空间形态与空间管理，产业新城方能转型发展。关键词：产业新城，空间生长机理，空间优化策略IAbstAbstractAbstractThe construction of industry city is a strategic choice in the specific context of the country, the beginning of the industrial city construction make the industry as core function, after nearly 30 years of development, it has gradually evolved into the urban space based on the industrial development and socio-economic development as the fundamental driving force in the current.Review Chinas industrial city’s spatial development, it has been through three stages of development.
