西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页摘 要我国目前正处于当年西方国家工业时代相类似的大发展阶段，经济快速 发展，城市化进程突飞猛进，全国各地的城市都在进行着大规模的建设，城 市面貌的变化日新月异。但是许多类似西方国家当年的城市问题也凸现出 来，如城市更新的模式、城市文脉的延续和城市特色的保持等。历史街区是有一定规模的片区，并具有较完整或可整治的景观风貌。历 史街区不仅包括“有形文化”的建筑群及构筑物，还包括蕴含其中的“无形 文化”和场所精神。一个空间之所以能成为场所是因为它具有了独一无二的 特色，舒尔茨更是用“场所精神”来隐喻“场所”具有的深层次的、较难把 握的特征，诸如“气氛”和“情趣”等，而这种特征正是场所独特魅力的所 在。我们认识和把握一个历史街区，不仅要把握其实体形态，更要把握其独 特的场所精神。由于历史街区地处市中心，地理位置优越，土地价值高。在城市土地缺 乏的今天，如何对历史街区上进行保护性再开发是当今城市发展的热点问题。对于历史街区保护与更新的实际操作上，针对国内目前存在的问题：一方而过于强调建筑实体的创造，忽略了城市虚体空间的营造以及城市地段中 生活方式、风俗习惯和价值观念等的保持与延续；另一方面过于强调个人灵 感与思维模式，忽略了设计过程的科学性与逻辑性和合理的机制与程序的重 要性。本文试图通过历史街区场所设计程序进行研究，实现在历史街区的保 护与更新过程中场所精神保持与延续。对历史街区的保护与更新我们可以按照从场所分析、场所设计原则、场 所概念设计、场所概念设计评价、场所设计导则、场所详细规划、实施与 使用到使用后评估的场所设计程序，运用相应的城市设计方法，从空间构成 入手来研究城市体系和环境景观，体现城市特色和风貌。这也就是本文研究 的重点。关键词：历史街区；保护与更新：场所精神：保持与延续：场所设计程序西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第lI页AbstractNow china is developing quickly．As a result．the economics is much beRer than before，and many places are citified in a high speed．Around the country, much construction work is being done，with great changes happened day by day． But at the same time，lots of problems about cities appeared，just like what happened in the western countries in the industry period．Such as：the renewal of the city mode，the continuity of the city culture，and the maintenance of the characteristics ofthe city．A historic district is a district in a large size，which is in its hategrity but Canbe renovated．The historic district includes not only groups of buildings with ‘visible culture”．but also“invisible culture”and spirit ofplace in it．A place is a space which has a distinct characters．To explmn clearly，Christian Norberg-Schultz has ever used‘‘spirit of place’’to describe the profound feature that is hard to grasp，such as Atmosphere and Mood and SO OIL It is just this characteristic t}lat makes place SO attractive．When we learn about a historic district．it is necessary for US to grasp its physical setting,as well as its specialspirit ofplace．A historic district USually lies i
