摘要 研究目的:通过比较分析芭蕾舞演员与学生的身体形态和素质特征，为优 秀芭蕾舞演员建立体型评价模型及其指标体系，为演员和学生的训练及选材提 供参考依据 ，进而提高芭蕾舞者的演练水平和 芭蕾舞的可观赏性。 研究方法:本研究在查阅大量文献资料和广泛征求专家意见的基础上，结 合芭蕾舞特点， 从相关研究指标中筛选出近 40 项形态和 10 余项素质指标，对 ifOO 余名芭蕾演员和学生进行了测试，最后对测量数据进行因子分析等统计处 理。 研究结果:通过比较芭蕾舞演员和本科学生的身体形态特征，得出了具有 鉴别能力的关键指标;利用因子分析，分析了演员体型的主导因素并建立了体 型评价的指标 体系:利用演员的实测数据，得到演员体型的均值模型:分析了 部分与芭蕾技术特点紧密结合的素质指标。 研究结论 : 1 、演员身材较高、主要肢体长度较长，肢体长度 比例更加合理:宽度、围 度和身体充实度较大:头型小而圆、手足细长，足弓较高。 2 、男演员体型的主导因素包括长度、上肢长度比例、弹跳、下肢长度比例、 宽度比例和体脂等六项因素:女演员为长度、充实度、下股长度及比例、弹跳、 四肢远端围度、头宽、躯干宽度、头高和足弓高度等九项因素。 3、男演员的体型评价指标体系由下股长 A 、指距-身高、躁围/跟脏长、坐 高/下肢长 C、骨盆宽/肩宽、上臂皮裙等6 项指标组成:小腿长 A 、克托莱指数、 坐高/下股长 C、腕固/身高、跺回/跟膛长、头横径/肩宽、骨盆宽/肩宽、全头 高/身高、足背高等 9 项指标组成女演员的指标体系。 4 、纵跳高度或五位纵跳高度可作为演员和学生训练水平的判定因素。前腿、 旁腿和后腿幅度可用于女演员的训练监控 ，男演员可采用前腿幅度。朋屈幅度 的训练可提高少年学生的训练水平。 关键词:芭蕾:身体形态:评价模型:身体素质 论文随机验证编号: BT5268830870 IV  ABSTRACT Purpose: To build a body shape evaluaion model as well as an index system for ballet dancers and to provide reference for training and selection of the dancers and students，the study keeps its main task to compare and analyze the body type and physical quali ty feature between the ballet dancers and the students，aiming to improve the ballet dancers drilling and appreciation degree of ballet. Methods : On basis of a great quantity of literature materials and asking the experts opinions widely，combined with ballet features，the study screened out more than 40 form and 10 diathesis index，tested more than 400 ba11et dancers and students and carried factor analysis and other statistical process to the measured data. Results: By comparing the body form feature between ballet dancer and bachelor student，come out a discriminating key index. By analyzing the dancer s figure component through factor analysis，erect a figure estimation index system. By the actual measured data，get the average model for dancer s figure and analyze some diathesis index connected closely with ballet technique features.
