AbstractAsoneofthemethodincapitalflowsandeconomiccooperationbetweencountries,internationalinvestmenthasalreadybecameanimportantapproachtopromoteeconomy.Goodinvestmentclimateisessentialforasuccessfulinternationalinvestment,andthelawsconcerninginvestmentaredeterminedfactorinacountry’sinvestmentclimate.Soinvestorspayattentiontoit,yet.Inthelawsregardinginvestment,CompanyLawisthemostimportantone,becauseitregulatestheincorporation,organizationandoperationofacompany.So,thestudyonthehostcountry’sCompanyLawhasthepracticalvalue.Inaddition,comparativeapproachisoftenusedinstudyonlaw.Screeningthegoodcontentsinothercountry’slawisgoodforrelevantlawsinChina.InEgypt,thelawsthatregulatethecompanieshavetwo.ThereareLawNo.159/1981OnJointStockCompanies,PartnershipsLimitedBySharesLimitedLiabilityCompany(EgyptCompanyLawisforshort)andActofexecutiononLawNo.159/1981OnJointStockCompanies,PartnershipsLimitedBySharesLimitedLiabilityCompany(ActofexecutiononEgyptCompanyLawisforshort).TheEgyptCompanyLawwasamendedin2005,andtheActofexecutiononEgyptCompanyLawwasamendedin2004and2005.Accordingtothelaws,therearethreestatutoryformsofcompanyinEgypt,theyareLimitedLiabilityCompany,ShareholderCompanywithsharesandJointStockCompanywithshares.Thearticlewillintroducethemasthisconsequence.Firstly,thearticlewillintroducethesethreekindsofcompanies’definitionandcharacteristics.Secondly,thearticlewilldiscusstheconcretecontents,includingthenumberandqualificationoffounders,thelimitationofregisteredcapital,thepatternandtypeofstockholder’scontributing,thechannelandprerequisiteofequitytransfer,company’sorganization,company’smanagement,thesupervisingandinspectionofcompany,combination,reorganizationanddissolution.Specifically,thearticlewillanalyzethetheoryofprovisionandcomparerelevantprovisionsbetweenEgyptCompanyLawandCompanyLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Becauseofthecapacityoftheauthor,therearesomedrawbacksinthisarticle.Thearticlejustshouldbeconsideredasanopeningword.Sothat,thecapablescouldstudydeeplyonit.Keywords:Egypt;Li
