本 专科毕业生求职行为的现状与动态变化分析-analysis on the current situation and dynamic changes of job hunting behaviors of college graduates
摘要本研究在对国内外求职行为相关研究进行梳理的基础上,采用文献法、访谈法和问卷法, 探索出毕业生求职行为的结构,从频率维度编制出《毕业生求职行为频率问卷》;在 10 月上旬(T1)和 12 月上旬(T2)两个时间点,随机选取南京七所高校的毕业生进行两次施测, 对毕业生求职行为(包括三个维度:频率、强度、途径)的现状与动态变化进行实证研究。 主要结论如下:(l)求职行为包括 3 个因子,分别为:确定求职目标、搜寻职位信息、实际求职行动。(2)《毕业生求职行为频率问卷》项目特性良好,具有较好的信度和效度,各项测量指 标基本令人满意。(3)毕业生的求职行为频率总体得分处于中等水平;具体求职行为频率问卷各因子上, 搜寻职位信息得分中等偏上,确定求职目标和实际求职行动得分中等偏下。求职行为强度的 得分偏高,(4)毕业生求职行为频率、求职行为强度在 T1 时段和 T2 时段均差异不显著。(5)在变量差异性上,T1 时段,求职行为频率总体在性别、专业类别、经济压力、实 习经历、毕业去向和求职单位等变量上差异显著;具体在求职行为频率问卷各因子上,确定 求职目标在性别、专业类别、实习经历、毕业去向和求职单位等变量上差异显著,搜寻职位 信息在性别、学历、专业类别、经济压力、实习经历和毕业去向等变量上差异显著,实际求 职行动在性别、专业类别和求职单位等变量上差异显著。求职行为强度在性别、学历和毕业 去向等变量上差异显著。T2 时段,求职行为频率总体在性别、经济压力、毕业去向和求职 单位等变量上差异显著;具体在求职行为各因子上,确定求职目标在经济压力变量上差异显 著,搜寻职位信息在性别和毕业去向等变量上差异显著,实际求职行动在性别、专业类别和 毕业去向等变量上差异显著。求职行为强度在学历、专业类别、经济压力和毕业去向等变量 上差异显著,且学历和专业类别存在交互效应。(6)总体上,毕业生使用的求职途径多集中在正式求职,非正式求职使用极少。从不同 时段来看,与 T1 时段相比,毕业生在 T2 时段对各种求职途径的使用更充分,特别是对非 正式求职途径。关键词: 毕业生求职行为频率求职行为强度求职途径AbstractBased on the correlative researches about the job search behavior in and abroad, this thesis explores the structure of college graduates’ job search behavior by literature study, interview, questionnaire survey, compiles college graduates’ Job Search Intensity Questionnaire; At early October (Time 1) and early December (Time 2), administered a two-waves of surveys on students from seven universities in Nanjing to study the status and dynamic characteristics of job search behavior, results demonstrate that:The structure of college graduates’ job search behavior has three factors: Set job search goal, Seek job opportunity, job search action.The item characteristics of the scale are acceptable,the reliability and validity of the scaleare reasonable.The score of college graduates’ job search intensity is middling, and the score of college graduates’ job search effort is higher than average.There are no difference on job search intensity and job search effort between Time 1 and Time 2.(5)On variables’ difference, Time 1, job search intensity is significant different on gender,majo
