理想承诺存在显著负相关，专业供求矛盾的压力与理想承诺和总承诺存在显著负相关，就业压力总分与理想承诺存在显著负相关。(16)硕士生情感承诺和就业心理预期压力不存在显著相关，继续承诺与就业压力各个维度和总压力都不存在显著相关，专业承诺总分与就业心理预期压力不存在显著相关。关键词：本科生硕士生生就业压力专业承诺比较研究-4-ABSTRACTAlongwiththehighereducationpopularitytimearrival,undergraduate,postgraduatealsoconsecutiveenrollmenthasstartedcollegeexpansion,thenumberofevengraduatestudentisexpectedtomorethanundergraduates.Collegestudentsoncampusisthemaintaskoftheprofessionallearning,professionalstudythequalitytobeabletograduateemploymentproducecertaineffect.Collegestudentsfeelpressurefromamajoremploymentpressure,soinordertoaccurategraspofcontemporarycollegestudentsemploymentpressureandprofessionalcommitmentofthechangesanddevelopmentofthecharacteristicsandrules,itisnecessarytocollegestudentsemploymentpressureandtheprofessionalcommitmentofmorein-depthandsystem.Thisstudyinathomeandabroadaresummarizedtheemploymentpressureandtheprofessionalcommitmentonthebasisofresearchachievementsofundergraduatesandmaster,employmentpressureandtheprofessionalcommitmentofcomparativestudy,triestofindoutthetwoidenticalanddifferentplacestofillthedomesticemploymentpressureandprofessionalcommitmentresearchinthisblank.Thisstudyadoptedin2005ChenYuGongprofessorofthecollegestudentsemploymentpressurequestionnaireandfujiandivisionoftheuniversitystudentsindalianbanyanprofessionalcommitmentscaleofcollegestudentsto600wasmeasured,anddiscussestheundergraduatesandmasterintheemploymentpressureandthedifferencesinprofessionalcommitment,anddifferentdemographicvariableforundergraduatesandmasterintheemploymentpressureandtheinfluenceoftheprofessionalcommitment.Themainresearchresultsareasfollows:undergraduatesandmasterintheemploymentpressurefeelingdirectionisconsistent,feelthemostpressurefromprofessionalqualityevaluationofpressure,feeltheleastpressureisprofessionalcontradictionsbetweenthesupplyanddemandofpressure.Undergraduatesandmasterinprofessionalcommitmentofthedirection,themostimportantistheemotionalcommitment,mostdontvalueiscontinuetopromise.-5-femaleundergraduatesthanmale
