IIAbstractThisarticlemainlyconcentratesonstrategicmanagementofenterpriseofBelleGroupCorporationanalyzingandprobingintosomeproblemsanddeficienciesinitsstrategicmanagementofenterprises.Asafamousenterpriseofshoesmanufactureandfashionablegoodssupplies,BelleGroupCorporationisofsomesuccessfulexperienceworthyofreferenceinmanyaspects,suchascomplexorganizationalstructureatalllevelsintheorganizationsystemofmultipletypes、thecorrespondingorganizationalstructureestablishedonitsorganizationalfeaturesandfunctionsandorganizationaladvantagefullydevelopingthestrategicmanagementofenterprise;besides,thepricetacticbasedonthemiddleconsumptiongroupisbeneficialforBelleGroupCorporationtofollowupandacquaintwithsomesinglegroupinlong-termandtakecorrespondingandsustainedmarketstrategy.Andwithexplicitappealtocorevalue,BelleGroupCorporationalwaysstickstofocusingonmiddleconsumptiongroupandtheconstructionofstrategicsystemofmultibrand,meanwhilethegroupestablishesitspositioningofbrandthroughstrategiccombinationofmultibrandandsubclassificationofmarketappeal,Allthesemethodshavecarvedsuccessfulsignofthestrategicmanagement;Butontheotherhand,someproblemsalsoexistinthecurrentstrategicmanagementinBelleGroupCorporation,forexample,themultipletypeincomplexorganizationalstructurecausesthelowefficiencyandinsufficientcollaborativeabilityingroupverticalorganization;therepetitioninmultiplebrandsseriouslyimpactsitsmarketrecognitionandweakensexecutionabilityofthebrandspread;theallocationofbrandresourcecannotembodyandhighlightpriorities,thereforeitwillinevitablylowertheallocationofresource,causethewasteofthefamousbrandresourceandinfluencetheexecutiveefficiencyofgroupcorporation.Accordingtotheproblemsabove,inthefutureBelleGroupCorporationshouldsustainablystrengthenorganizationalreformandinnovationinthestrategicmanagementofenterprises,consummatesystemofverticalcoordinationbetweentheorganizationallevelsincurrentorganizationalsystem.Meanwhile,thecompanyshouldalsotakesomemeasuresofsimplificationinseveralaspectsaccordingtot
