摘要工程教育的特色在于其实践教学环节，如何提高实践教学质量已成为每一所工程类本科院校的重要课题。影响实践教学质量的因素是很多的，为了能给本科工程教育实践教学质量一个综合、全面的反馈信息，对各高校实践教学质量及水平进行客观、合理的阶段性评价是势在必行的。开展本科工程教育实践教学质量评价模式研究，不仅有利于贯彻实施教育部“质量工程”，从而提高本科工程教育实践教学质量，也有利于推动工程教育的特色发展，使之满足社会需求、符合市场导向。本文从工程教育、实践教学、教学评价等基本概念入手，介绍了实践教学质量评价基本原理和规律，通过对中美实践教学现状进行比较分析，并以H大学实践教学质量评价体系为例进行了实证性分析，来了解我国本科工程教育实践教学质量评价的现状。然后详细分析我国本科工程教育实践教学质量评价所存在的问题，并对产生问题的原因从本科工程教育的自身发展层面、制度层面和方法技术层面进行剖析。在本科工程教育实践教学模式改革的理论基础上，尝试提出我国本科工程教育实践教学质量评价模式改革的建议和对策。实践教学质量评价是一个错综复杂的评价过程，涉及多个因素和指标，不能简单地用好与差来区分。因此，本文建议探索和建立与国际接轨的高等工程教育专业认证制度，完善本科工程教育实践教学质量评价的指标体系；引入ISO9000族质量管理体系标准的思想和方法，除了丰富实践教学质量评价指标体系的内容外，还要建立对实践教学质量进行全员、全程评价的机制。关键词：本科工程教育实践教学质量评价AbstractThecharacteristicofengineeringeducationliesinthepracticalteaching.Nowadays,howtoimprovethecapabilityofpracticalteachinghasbecameanimportantissueforperengineeringuniversity.Therearemanyfactorsaffectingthequalityofpracticalteaching,inordertoprovideanall-roundfeedbackinformationtothemodelingconstructionofundergraduateengineeringeducation,it’simportanttogiveanobjective,rationalandperiodicalevaluation.CarryingoutthestudyofevaluationsystemofpracticalteachingfirstlyaretherequestsofEducationMinistry’sQualityProject.Atthesametime,theyarethedemandsofcharacteristicdevelopmenttoEngineeringEducation,whichcansatisfythesocialneedsandkeepupwiththemarket.Thispaperintroducestheconceptofengineeringeducation,practicalteaching,teachingqualityevaluation,andthebasicprinciplesandrulesofqualityevaluationforpracticalteaching,andattemptstounderstandthecurrentsituationaboutourcountry’squalityevaluationforpracticalteachinginundergraduateengineeringeducation,throughacomparativeanalysisofpracticeteachingstatusbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates,andanempiricalanalysistakingHUniversityforexample.Thentherewillbeadetaileddiscussionofthecurrentproblemsandthereasons.Basedonthetheoryofpracticalteachingreformsoftheundergraduateengineeringeducation,thispapertriestoputforwardreformproposalsaboutqualityevaluationforpracticalteachinginundergraduateengineeringeducation.Practicalteachin
