东北大学硕士学位论文 摘 要摘要自1996年后，我国钢产量连续超过亿吨，但同时冷轧薄板、镀锌板、 彩涂板等高附加值产品的进口量也迅速增加。逐渐暴露出我国钢铁业产品结 构与经济发展不相匹配的问题。在此环境下，我国大型冶金企业正纷纷致力 于企业产品结构的调整。本溪钢铁(集团)公司自炼钢连铸、RH、热连轧改造等项目完成后， 具备了高质量钢材生产的能力，为生产高质量冷轧产品提供了原料保证。特 别是本钢热连轧机组改造后生产能力已经达到350万吨以上，而冷轧产品的 转化率远低于行业的平均水平。本文通过对本钢现有状况的调查和我国铡铁 业发展趋势的分析，得出结论：本钢建设第二冷轧厂是十分必要的。通过对 冷轧板、镀锌板、彩涂板和汽车用冷轧产品市场发展趋势的分析，认为本钢 第二冷轧厂在产品定位上以汽车用板、家电用板等高档产品为主，并根据本 钢实际确定了产品的规格范围。本着可靠、先进、低投资、高效益的原则， 选定了这个生产线的工艺布置和设备形式及相应的产能。全厂的产量规模定 位在180万吨，其中冷轧板100万吨、镀锌板60万吨、彩涂板20万吨。在选定了主体设备的基础上，对厂址选择、总图运输、辅助机组、介质 供应和能源环保方面作了简要分析。在参考同类厂家投资额的基础上，对本项目的投资作了估算。其中项目静态投资额为631517万元，项目总费用728662万元。 最后对该项目的技术经济指标作了分析和计算，该项目的内部收益率达到21％，远高于基准收益率。并对项目的不确定性作了分析，在价格、经营 成本、产量、投资等因素向不利方向变动时，项目的内部收益仍维持在11．1％ 以上，证明项目具备相当的抗风险能力。在本文的最后对企业风险防范措施 进行了简单的分析。关键词：冷轧厂 冷轧板 经济分析 可行性研究东北大学硕士学位论文AbstractAfter 1 996，the steel production had been more than hundred million tons for every year in China．But imported cold sheet，galvanized sheet，color coated sheet increased in the mean time．The problem that the structure of steel industry isnotfittoeconomicdevelopmentwasexposedgradually．Underthis background，manymetallurgicalcompanysareadjustingthestructureofproduction．BX steel can produce high quality steel nOW．After casting line，RH，hot rolling line were revamped．It guarantees the quality of material for cold sheet， Especially after revamping，hot rolling mill can yield 3．5 million tons per year． But the ratio of transformation from hot to cold sheet is far low than average 1evel．In this article，the author investigates the situation of BX Steel，and analyses the tendency of Chinese Metallurgy．I get the conclusion that it’S necessary to build another Cold Rolling Mill in BX Steel．Through investigating the market of cold sheet，galvanized sheet，automobile sheet and color coat sheet： the author believes the No．2 Cold Rolling Mill should target automobile sheet and house using sheet．According to the principle of advantage，reliability，lowcost，high profit，the layout and equipment style was determined．And the mill isdesigned to
