东北大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要随着社会主义市场经济的渐趋成熟和现代化企业制度的逐步完善，企业管理 由早期的硬性管理日益向柔性管理转变，企业之间的竞争由以前的产品竞争、市 场竞争、质量竞争、服务竞争发展为企业文化、企业形象的竞争。全方位进行企 业文化建设，实施企业形象管理，是现代化企业求大发展的必由之路。企业形象是一一个企业在社会公众及消费者心目中的总体印象。企业形象是由 企业产品形象、服务形象、经营管理者形象、员工形象、公共关系形象等综合而 成的。企业形象是企业文化的外显形态，有什么样的企业文化，就有什么样的企 业形象。企业形象本质上是”企业人”的形象。树立企业形象要从培育企业人入手； 优秀的企业文化最终都会通过企业人表现出来。CI设计是企业识别或企业形象 设计，是企业形象在技术和艺术上的表现，由MI、BI、VI组成。MI是企业理念 形象，主要包括企业愿景、使命、精神、道德、作风以及经营战略、发展目标等 要素。BI是企业行为形象，主要包括企业行为规范、基本政策和制度等。VI是 企业视觉形象，主要包括企业标志、标准字、标准色等基本要素以及办公、交通、 制服、环境等应用要素。MI是企业识别的核心，BI、Vl是MI的具体体现。本文从企业文化和企业形象设计理论入手，结合本钢南地医院实际，对本钢 南地医院企业内外部环境进行了深入分析，提出了本钢南地医院进行企业文化建 设和企业形象设计的必要性，从理念识别、行为识别和视觉识别等三个方面对本 钢南地医院企业形象设计进行了论述，具有现实指导意义。本文主要由以下四个部分组成。 (1)企业形象设计概述。 (2)本钢南地医院企业内外部环境分析。 (3)本钢南地医院进行企业形象设计的必要性。 (4)本钢南地医院企业形象设计。关键词企业形象企业文化理念识别行为识别视觉识别东北大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTABSTRACTWith the gradual mature of social marketting economy and pefection of modern enterprise system，enterprise management is becoming flexible management from the formal forced management．The competition between enterprises has being becoming the one of enterprise culture and CI from the former product competing，market competing，competing on quality and serving competing．General carriing out enterprise culture and earring on CI is lhe necessary route for the great development of modern enterprises．C1 is a whole impression in the hearts of public people and consumers for an enterprise．CI is composed of visualization of product，service，manager． personnel，public relationship，etc．BICI is the outside form of enterprise culture．Enterprise culture defines CI，CI is essentialy the visualization of people of enterprise．CI is formed on the base of people of enterprise． Excellent CI behaves by people of enterprise．CI design behaves on the base of technology and art，composed of MI，BI，VI。MI is faith of enterprise， including target，maid，spirit，morality，style and operating stragy，developing aim．BI is the visualization of enterprise behaviors，including behavior critera of enterprise，basic policy and rules．VI is vision
