given the granules of low-dose (3.9g/kg) and high-dose (15.6g/kg)respectively,all the above group were drug by irritates the stomach. By observing and statistical analysis the test results ofthe general condition of offspring (body weight, bone weight, activity, fur, etc.) ，Bone metabolism (serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin)，Bone mineral density（BMD）ofratfemur and vertebra, Bone biomechanics to Disscuss the effects of “GubenHuoxueZhuanggu”-Granules in osteoporosis of kidney deficiency constitution rats.Results: compare kidney deficiency constitution ovariectomized rat with ovariectomized rat:the body weight,bone weight,the level of Serum Phosphorus and Serum alkalinephosphatase were lower in kidney deficiency constitution model group by compared with those in ovariectomized group，with statistical significance (p＜0.05 or ＜0.01 ).Serum calcium ,serum osteocalcin ,Bone mineral density（BMD），bone mineral content （BMC）and vertebra and Bone biomechanics are have downswingbut have not statistically signigicant in kidney deficiency constitution model group by compared with those in ovariectomized group，but statistically insignificant (p＞0.05).the effects of “GubenHuoxueZhuanggu”-Granules in osteoporosis of kidney deficiency constitution rats. body weight,bone weight ,level of Serum calcium and serum osteocalcin, femoral BMD , femoral BMCspine BMD bone mineral content, scoliosis BMD and Bone biomechanics were decreased very much obviously in high-dose group by compared with those in kidney deficiency constitution model group，with statistical significance (p＜0.05 or ＜0.01 ). Serum phosphate ， serum alkaline phosphatase ，spine BMC are decreased in kidney deficiency constitution model group by compared with those in ovariectomized group, but statistically insignificant (p＞0.05).Conclusion: Based on the theory of fear impairing kidney”,the rats models of kidney deficiency constitution with Osteoporosis by excise ovary are viable, Establish osteoporosis
