国内航运企业燃油成本管控现状及对策分析摘 要近年来，受国际燃油价格不断走高的影响，全球航运企业燃油成 本大幅增加，经营压力逐步显现。同时，大型船舶的密集交付也造成 全球主要加油港的供油紧张，船舶燃油管理难度进一步加大。中国作 为全球最大的新兴经济体，航运市场将不可避免地受到国际政治、经 济、市场供需等因素的影响，国内航运企业将面临更为严峻的考验， 如何对燃油成本进行有效管控已成为急待研究的课题。本文从物流工程基本理论出发，采用实证研究分析的方法，结合 国内外燃油市场的实际情况，对国内某大型航运企业的燃油成本管控 现状进行实地调研。针对所发现的影响燃油成本的主要问题，提出了 多层次多角度的组合应对策略，即合理选择燃油采购港与推行经济航 速相结合、保障燃油安全供应与加强油品质量检测相结合以及强化内 部控制管理与开发信息系统辅助功能相结合，经实践证明，在保证航 次准班的前提下，上述策略可以有效降低油耗和燃油采购单价，减少 燃油费用支出，符合目前国内航运企业燃油成本的管理需求，促进企 业市场综合竞争力的提高。关键词：燃油成本，物流工程，策略，经济航速THE MANAGING STATUS QUOAND COUNTERMEASURES OF FUEL OIL COST ABOUT DOMESTIC SHIPPING COMPANIESABSTRACTOver the past few years, since the prices of international crude oil keep going up, the shipping fuel procurement price increased substantially, which reduces the profit drastically and the pressure for operation appears more obvious. In addition, the frequent deliveries of massive vessels lead to tight fuel supply of the main ports called, which adds difficulty to the management of marine fuel oil. China, as the world’s greatest emerging economies, our shipping market is doomed to be influenced by various factors including international politics, economic environment, and market supply and demand. Domestic shipping companies are likely to face fiercer competition. Therefore, how to make effective management on the costs of marine fuel oil has grown into an urgent research topic.The essay starts with the basic theories of logistic project management. Bymeans of evidence‐based research and analysis combined with the actual situation of domestic and international fuel market, research and investigation are made on the status quo of marine fuel oil management of one large‐scale shipping company.
