西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。 方法 选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，随机分为西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗的观察组和西其汀注射液治疗的对照组，观察治疗效果、颈性眩晕情况、应激状态及远期生活质量。 结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.56%、胰岛素水平以及治疗后1周、2周、3周及1月时的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组；ESCV评分以及血糖水平、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NRS评分明显低于对照组。 结论 西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗有助于改善治疗效果、提高生活质量、缓解应激状态，具有积极的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 西其汀；舒血宁；针刺；椎动脉型颈椎病 　　[中图分类号] R274.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）14-44-03 　　Efficacy analysis of xiqiding injection combined with shuxuening and acupuncture in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis 　　CHEN Yingxia 　　Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Zhanjiang 524013，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy of Xiqiding injection combined with Shuxuening and acupuncture in the treatment of the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods Patients with the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected as the study subjects and randomLy divided into the observation group receiving Xiqiding injection combined with Shuxuening and acupuncture treatment and the control group receiving Xiqiding injection treatment.The treatment effect，cervical vertigo situation，stress state and long term quality of life were observed. Results The total effective treatment rate of the observation group was 92.56% and their insulin level and post-treatment 1-week，2-week，3-week and 1-month life quality scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.The ESCV score and the blood sugar level，HAMD score，HAMA score and NRS score were significantly lower than those of the control group.
