抗菌药物不合理应用调查分析 　　【摘要】目的：对我院抗菌药物不合理应用情况进行调查和分析，提高我院抗菌药物应用和合理性。方法：随机选取在我院进行抗菌药物治疗，并出现不良反应的60例门诊部患者，对患者的临床资料进行回顾和总结，分析抗菌药物不合理应用原因。结果：经调查发现，骨科抗菌药物不合理应用率最高，为25%，普外科为20%，呼吸内科及消化内科一致为167%，儿科133%，妇科83%。给药方法不正确、用药剂量过大或过小、无指征用药、药物选择不当、联合用药不合理、细菌培养不及时、给药方法不当、局部用药不当、换药频繁及药物本身因素均会导致抗菌药物应用不合理。其中，前三个原因是抗菌药物应用不合理最常见因素，发生率分别为217%、167%、15%。结论：采用抗菌药物治疗时，应严格遵守抗菌药物使用原则，根据要求使用药物，避免药物剂量过大、给药方法不当等，注意合理用药，避免药物不良反应，确保药物治疗的有效性。 　　【关键词】抗菌药物；使用；不合理；原因 　　The investigation and analysis of rational use of antimicrobial agents 　　Wang Huahai Guangxi QinZhouShi first peoples hospital pharmacy QinZhouShi 535000 in guangxi 　　【abstract】objective： to investigate the unreasonable application of antibacterial agents in our hospital and analyze， improve our hospital antimicrobial application and rationalityMethods： randomly selected antibacterial drugs in our hospital， and adverse reactions of 60 cases of clinic patients， the clinical data of patients， to review and summarize the cause of irrational use of antimicrobial agentsResults： after investigation found that the orthopaedic antimicrobial unreasonable utility ratio is highest， at 25%， general surgery was 20%， respiratory medicine and digestive internal medicine in 167%， 133% in pediatrics， 83% of department of gynaecologyDosing method is not correct， the dosage is too large or too small， no indication of drug and drug selection， unreasonable combination， bacteria culture is not timely， improper dosing method and local drug use and drug itself factors， treatment frequently leads to antimicrobial application is not reasonableAmong them， the first three reason is unreasonable factors， the most common antimicrobial application rates were 217%， 167% and 15% respectivelyConclusion： the antibacterial drugs， should strictly abide by the principle of antimicrobial drug use and drug use according to the requirement， to avoid excessive doses， improper dosing method and so on， pay attention to the rational use of drugs， avoid adverse drug reactions， to ensure the
