米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕阴道出血量相关因素研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠天数为35～90 d者阴道出血的相关因素。 方法 采用SPSS18.0统计学软件，单因素分析采用χ2检验，多因素分析采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析。对该中心2009年12月―2013年1月自愿要求药物流产对象的阴道出血量与可能的影响因素进行描述和分析。结果 该研究共961例对象实施了药物流产，出血量多者占43.2%。单因素分析结果显示：年龄为35～40岁者出血量多于17～34岁者；孕期为50～90 d者多于35～49 d者；有妊娠史和有分娩史者分别高于无妊娠史和无分娩史者；多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果表明：孕期为50～90 d（OR=1.824，可信区间为1.294～2.571）、有妊娠史（OR=1.994，可信区间为1.408～2.825）和有分娩史（OR=1.335，可信区间为1.977～1.823）3个因素是出血量多的危险因素。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的阴道出血量与年龄、孕期、妊娠史、分娩史有关，且孕期为50～90 d、有妊娠史和有分娩史为出血量多的危险因素。 　　[关键词] 米非司酮；米索前列醇；早孕；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2013）07（c）-0014-03 　　A Analysis of Related Factors of Volume of Vaginal Bleeding on Termination of Early Pregnancy Using Mifepristone in Combination with Misoprostol LI Zhexia1 ZHU Xu2 WAGN Chunmei2 LIU Aizhong2* 　　1.Changsha city Family Planning Scientific and Technological Service Center，Changsha 410001，China；2.Central South University School of Public Health，Changsha 410078，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze related factors of volume of vaginal bleeding on termination of early pregnancy between 35 to 90 days using Mifepristone in combination with Misoprostol.
