中国制造2025视野下高职教育技能人才培养策略研究 　　[摘 要] “中国制造2025”战略的实现，需要产业规划、财政支持、企业参与、人才培养等多层次协调推进。而具备制造业发展创新思维、真正了解产业特性和智能制造技术的人才成为“中国制造2025”战略落实的重要保障。在当前国际分工形势下，制造业的转型升级，必须依赖全产业链的人才的培养，在产业升级和技术进步的情况下，对技术技能人才的数量、质量、心态方面都有更高的需求。分析目前高等职业教育在体制机制、目标定位、专业设置、师资队伍、培养质量方面存在的问题，并多角度研究提出做好顶层设计、加强宣传引导、深化教学改革、强化师资建设、创新培养方式等技术技能人才的培养策略。进而实现现代制造业的发展和中国经济的转型升级。 中国论文网 /1/viewhtm　　[关键词] 中国制造2025；技术技能；高职院校；人才培养 　　[中图分类号] G741 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1009-6043（2017）11-0081-03 　　Abstract： The realization of Made in China 2025 strategy needs multi-level coordination of industrial planning， financial support， enterprise participation， and personnel training. Talents with innovative thinking in developing the manufacturing industry and truly understand the industrial characteristics and intelligent manufacturing technologies are the important guarantee for the implementation of Made in China 2025 strategy. In the current situation of the international division of labor， transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry must rely on the cultivation of whole industry chain talents. The industrial upgrading and technological progress puts forward higher demand for the number， technical quality， and mentality of skilled personnel.
