乡镇物流发展现状与前景研究 　　摘 要：随着社会的发展，我国乡镇企业不断向前跃进，已成为农村经济发展的支柱性力量，同时也为国民经济的增长做出了巨大的贡献。由于地理位置和经济环境的差异，乡镇企业呈现出巨大的差别，小型乡镇企业和大中型企业两极分化。而与乡镇企业发展息息相关的乡镇物流在新时期被提出了更高的要求。由于乡镇物流在诸多方面存在着不足，对乡镇企业的发展产生了严重的制约。文章通过对乡镇企业的现状以及乡镇物流现有缺陷的考察和论述，思考解决乡镇物流弊端和促进乡镇物流拓展进步的方向，探讨乡镇企业在物流方面可行的发展趋势和前景，展望乡镇企业美好的明天。 　　关键词：乡镇企业；乡镇物流；自营物流；第三方物流 　　中图分类号：F252.8 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： With the development of society， Chinas township enterprises develop quickly； they become a pillar of the rural economy development and make a great contribution to the growth of the national economy. Due to the differences in geographic location and economic environment， the township enterprises show a huge difference between the small enterprises and the large and medium-sized enterprises. There are more requirements have been put forward on the township logistics， which is closely related with the development of township enterprises in the new period. There are some problems in may aspects of the rural logistics， which results in a serious constraint on the development of township enterprises. Based on the investigation and discussion of the situation of township enterprises and the defects in logistics， this article is trying to put forward some methods to solve problems and promote the development of the township logistics， and to explore the feasible development trend and prospect of township enterprises in its logistics， which will bring a bright future for the township enterprises. 　　Key words： township enterprises； township logistics； logistics； third party logistics 　　1 乡镇企业与乡镇物流 　　乡镇企业是中国乡镇地区多形式、多层次、多门类、多渠道的合作企业和个体企业的统称。近年来，在国家的大力扶持下，中国乡镇企业取得了可喜的进步和发展，充分发掘并利用乡镇特有的自然社会资源，拓展了乡镇的产业结构，更使得城乡差别变得越来越小，建立起了新型的城乡关系，使乡镇百姓的生活水平节节高升，也使乡镇经济迈上了一个新的阶梯。乡镇企业已成为中国农民脱贫致富的必由之路，也成为国民经济的一个重要支柱。 　　乡镇物流，作为乡镇企业发展的重要因素，在有效组织生产，使产品快速响应市场，提高产品市场占有率，提升企业利润等方面发挥着巨大的作用。 　　由于地理环境和发展环境的差异，我国乡镇企业发展呈现出不同的趋势，乡镇企业的规模差异也越来越明显。小型乡镇企业和大中型乡镇企业两极分化，其发展差距也越来越大。企业规模、形态的差异导致其对物流的要求和选择也是有所不同的。 　　目前，由于多方面的原因，我国乡镇物流的发展存在着严重的不足。 　　2 乡镇企业物流现状 　　2.1 乡镇企业物流观念严重滞后 　　多数小型乡镇企业
