上提式平板闸门远程自动就位系统研究 　　摘 要：水利工程是当今一项十分重要的社会工程，水利工程管理是保证水利工程正常运行、有效发挥水利枢纽作用的重要工作。水闸作为长三角地区最为普遍的水利工程枢纽建筑物，起着防洪、排涝、灌溉等重要作用，如何使其高效?\行、合理调度也成为水利工程管理中的一项重要课题。目前，水泵的远程控制技术已较为成熟，而受制于上提式平板闸门的启闭搁门就位环节需要人工操作，无法做到闸站的整体远程控制。本次上提式平板闸门远程自动就位系统的研发，就是要通过指挥中心远程操控PLC控制箱对机电控制柜发出运行指令，带动启闭机牵引闸门启闭，并采用创新的自锁装置实现闸门自动搁门就位，达到远程控制完成上提式平板闸门启闭并自动搁门就位的目标。 中国论文网 /1/viewhtm　　关键词：水闸；上提式平板闸门；自动就位；远程控制 　　中图分类号：TP277 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095-2945（2018）06-0029-02 　　Abstract： Water conservancy project is a very important social engineering nowadays. The management of water conservancy project is an important work that can guarantee the normal operation of water conservancy project and give full play to the function of water conservancy project. As the most common water conservancy project building in Yangtze River Delta， sluice plays an important role in flood control， drainage， irrigation and so on. How to make its efficient operation and reasonable dispatching has become an important issue in the management of water conservancy projects. At present， the remote control technology of water pump has been more mature， and it is difficult to achieve the overall remote control of the gate station because of the manual operation of the opening and closing gate placement link of the upper-lift flat gate. The research and development of the remote automatic positioning system for the upper-lift flat gate is to issue operation instructions to the electromechanical control cabinet through the remote control of the PLC control box in the command center to drive the hoist traction gate opening and closing.
