盐城市临床红细胞用血计划执行情况调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查分析临床红细胞用血计划执行情况，为合理制订临床用血计划提供依据。 方法 调查统计2010年1月1日～2015年12月31日的年、月《用血计划审核表》和血站实际发放量数据，进行医院计划申报量与实际发放量数据比较、血站计划审核量与实际发放量数据比较，观察春节备血量是否需要超过正常量。 结果 医院计划申报量与实际发放量差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；春节备血量不需要超过正常用量。 结论 制订用血计划必须从临床实际需要出发，将用血量增长率控制在适宜范围。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 临床用血计划；红细胞类；采供血计划；申报量；审核量；发放量 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）24-0146-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the operation of blood use plan of clinical red blood cells， so as to provide evidences for appropriate formulation of clinical blood use plan. Methods Annual and monthly Review Table of Blood Use Plan and data of actual distribution amount of the blood station were collected from January 1st， 2010 to December 31st， 2015. Hospital planned declaration amount and actual distribution amount were compared， and planned review amount of the blood station and actual distribution amount were compared. Wether the blood preparation amount for the Chinese New Year was necessary to exceed the normal amount was observed. Results The difference between hospital planned declaration amount and actual distribution amount was statistically significant（P0.05）； the preparation amount for the Chinese New Year was not necessary to exceed the normal amount. Conclusion Formulation of blood use plan must be based on the actual clinical need， and the increase rate of blood use amount should be controlled at the appropriate range. 　　[Key words] Clinical blood use plan； Erythrocyte； Blood collection and supply plan； Declaration amount； Review amount； Distribution amount 　　输注血液是临床抢救和治疗患者必不可少的重要措施之一。随着临床用血量的不断上升[1-6]，供需矛盾逐步突出，甚至出现“血荒”[7]，尤其红细胞（包括全血）目前没有替代品，红细胞保存时间短，有效期仅35 d，为了保障临床用血的供应，又不能因采集过多造成滥用血液、甚至过期报废而浪费宝贵的血液资源，制订切实可行的临床用血计划非常必要。本研究对2010～2015年全市9家二级及以上综合医院临床红细胞（包括全血）用血计划执行情况进行统计，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　统计2010年1月1日～2015年12月31日的年、月《盐城市医疗机构临床用血计划审核表》（以下简称《用血计划审核表》），其中包括医院“计划申报量”及血站“计划审核量”数据；2010年1月1日～2015年12月31日的年、月血站实际发放给医院的血量（即实际发放量）。 　　1.2 方法 　　①统计2010年1月1日～
