临床生化检验前过程对检验质量影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨临床生化检验前过程对检验质量的影响，并进行分析，从而提高检验质量和作用，有效的保证检验前过程质量。方法 对该院进行生化临床治疗的患者进行回顾性分析，在生化检验前过程对检验质量的影响进行实验、分析和总结，分为可控因素和不可控因素。结果 质量的保证工作不是非工作人员可以控制的，所以检验前过程对检验质量的影响是主要环节，也是影响临床生化治疗结果的主要原因。结论 临床生化检验分析前的准备工作是至关重要的，从临床医生的申请单、样本的采集、检测仪器的矫正、检测方法的选择、患者自身的心理因素等这些无不影响着生化治疗，所以分析临床生化检验前过程对检验质量的影响是十分重要的步骤也是生化治疗的可靠保证，有利于减少实验误差从而提高检验的质量。 　　[关键词] 临床生化；检验前；检验质量；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R446.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）05（c）-0053-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of the process before clinical biochemistry on the inspection quality， so as to improve the inspection quality and effect and effectively ensure the process quality before the inspection. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in the patients underwent clinical biochemical treatment in our hospital. The factors which could influence the inspection quality before clinical biochemistry were tested， analyzed and summarized， and divided into controllable and uncontrollable factors. Results The quality assurance work cannot be controlled by non-staff， so the process before the clinical biochemistry was the key link influencing the inspection quality， and the main cause affected the result of clinical biochemical treatment.
