基于模糊综合评价中央投资农村沼气建设项目后评价 　　摘要： 本文在建立中央投资农村沼气建设项目后评价指标体系的基础上，采用模糊综合评价的方法对中央投资农村沼气建设项目进行了后评价研究；并以天津市具体的中央投资农村沼气建设项目为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，该方法简便、易行，适用于中央投资建设项目的后评价研究，为开展中央投资建设项目后评价奠定了良好的理论方法基础。 　　Abstract： On the basis of establishing post evaluation index system of government invested rural biogas construction project， this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry on post evaluation on central investment rural biogas construction project， takes Tianjin City as an example for empirical research.
