对特种养殖业发展机遇及风险防范分析与探讨 　　摘要：在我国，特种养殖尚属新兴产业，发展过程中既充满了机遇，又蕴藏着风险，在经历了行业的大起大落之后，逐步回归理性。特种养殖给畜牧业带来了新的生机和活力，是优化农村产业结构、发展特色经济的新亮点。文章分别从国家政策、市场需求、产品开发等不同角度分析了特种养殖业的发展机遇，阐述了客观看待企业宣传、充分进行市场调研、遵循特种养殖规律、加强科学饲养管理对于风险防范的重要作用，对行业的健康发展有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 　　 　　关键词：特种养殖业 发展机遇 风险控制 　　 　　The Analysis and Study of the Development Opportunity and Risk Prevention to the Special Animal Farming 　　Liu li-yao et al (Industrial＆Commercial College,Hebei University,baoding,hebei 071000) 　　Abstract：In our country, special raising is still a new rising industry. Challenge and opportunity both exist in its process of development. After the sharp fluctuations in the industry, it gradually returns to rational development. Special raising brings new vigor and vitality to the animal husbandry and becomes a new bright spot in optimizing the rural industrial structure and developing the characteristic economy. This article analyzed the development opportunity of the special animal farming from different angles such as the national policy, the market demand and the product development. Besides, it discussed the important effects on the risk prevention from objectively looking upon the enterprises propaganda, fully performing the market research, following the special raising rules and strengthening the scientific raising management, which has some significance for reference and direction of the healthy development in this industry. 　　Key words: the special animal farming development opportunity risk prevention 　　 　　改革开放以来，伴随着饲料工业的发展，我国的养殖业发生了巨大变化，畜禽散养比例逐年降低，规模化、集约化程度稳步提高，标准化饲养管理逐步推广，从养殖形式到养殖数量、养殖规模都实现了跨越式发展。相对于常规养殖（猪、鸡、牛、羊等），特种养殖（鹿、狐、蛇、蝎等）起步较晚，市场易饱和，价格波动大，其产品尚未进入大众消费市场。因此在养殖数量、规模以及专业化程度等方面都不及常规养殖。近些年来，特种养殖历经曲折发展，总体趋势良好，但也存在诸多问题有待探讨和研究。 　　一、特种养殖概述 　　特种养殖是指产品具有特殊利用价值、新奇的、特殊的养殖业。依据产品的主要用途可分为：皮用型（如狐、貂等）、肉用型（如肉狗、香猪等）、药用型（如鹿、蛇、蝎等）等类型。各类型间并没有严格界定，一种动物可同时属于两个或三个类型，如狐可皮用又可肉用，鹿同时具有药用和肉用价值。 　　二、特种养殖业发展历史与现状 　　我国的特种养殖项目繁多，品种丰富，经历了从无到有，从小到大的发展过程。上世纪八、九十年代，是我国特养行业快速而不平坦的发展时期，特养项目如雨后春笋般涌现出来，人们的参与热情高涨。然而，由于对特种养殖认识不足，以及个别企业的夸大宣传，
