试析凉血消痤饮治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察及其对性激素水平与免疫指标影响的研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察凉血消痤饮治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及其对性激素水平和免疫指标 的影响。实验部分观察凉血消痤饮对动物炎性反应、免疫指标及痤疮丙酸杆菌的影响。 方法：寻常性痤疮患者115例，随机分为治疗组（57例）和对照组（58例），治疗组内 服凉血消痤饮，对照组口服西药美满霉素，另选50例同年龄无痤疮人群为正常对照组， 观察血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、IgA、IgG、IgM、 C3 、C4 水平在治疗前后的改变。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.8%和 74.2%，两组比较有显著性差异。男性痤疮患者治疗前LH和FSH水平显著低于正常组 (P0．001)，治疗后其LH及FSH水平与正常对照组无显著性差异(P0．05)。女性痤疮 患者治疗前LH和FSH水平低于正常组而T水平高于正常组，差异有显著性(P0．001)， 治疗后FSH及T水平与正常组无显著性差异(P0．05)。免疫指标IgG治疗前后有显著性 差异。实验研究发现，凉血消痤饮对免疫性和非免疫性寻常痤疮炎症均有抑制作用， 对痤疮丙酸杆菌具有抑制作用。结论：凉血消痤饮治疗寻常性痤疮疗效确切，通过调 节机体性激素水平、调整免疫功能和抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌等多种途径达到治疗寻常性痤 疮的目的。 关键词 寻常性痤疮；凉血消痤饮；中医疗法；临床观察；机理探讨 Clinical and experimental studies on treatment of acne vulgaris with Liangxuexiaocuoyin Specialty: DermatoIogy,Surgery of TCM Author: Ma Jinglin Tutor: Du Xixian Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Liangxuexiaocuoyin in treating acne vulgaris, to evaluate objectively the sexual hormone and IgA、IgG、IgM 、 C3 、C4 in patient with acne vulgaris and to assess the effect of Liangxuexiaocuoyin on sexual hormone and Immune system.
