AbstractRareearthcoordinationpolymersduetotheirnovelstructureanduniqueoptical,electrical,andmagneticproperties,theyhaveamumberofpromisingapplication,suchasselectivecatalytic,chemicalandbiologicalsensing,optoelectronicmaterials.However,manyreportedrareearthcoordinationpolymerswithlargersize,thuslimiteditsmanysolution-basedapplicationsbecauseofthepoorsolubility.Therefore,weneedtoscaledownthelargesizeoftherareearthcoordinationpolymers.Thewayoftailoringcanbedividedintothefollowingcategories:1.Selectingtheappropriateligandandrareearthioncoordination;2.Selectionofappropriatesyntheticmethods;3.Regulatedtheexperimentalparameterssuchastemperature,time,solvent.Inthisthesis,thecarboxylicacidligandswithlinearandthree-armstructure,differentpreparationmethodsaswellastheregulationtheexperimentalparameterstoexploretheimpactonthemorphologyofNano-RareEarthcarboxylatecoordinationpolymer.Also,withawater-solublepolymerwasintroducedtomodifythenano-particlesothatitcanbeappliedtobiologicalsystems.Themaincontentofthethesisisasfollows:PolyenecarboxylicacidligandwasdesignandsynthesisviatheSonogashiracouplingreaction;AnewkindofNano-rareearthligandorganicframeworkmaterialswassynthesisbyself-assemblymethodandCTAB-assistedSolvothermal;Thesyntheticwater-solublepolymerPEMG-EDAwithRAFTmethodtoregulatetheparticlesizeofthenano-material,andhaveagoodbiocompatibility,theresultsshowthatPEMG-EDAwithonlyonecarboxylgroup,soisabletocontroltheparticlediameterofnano-particles,andcellimagingexperimentsalsoconfirmedthisnano-materialcanbeabletoenterintothecytoplasmandappearbluefluorescence.Keywords:Nanomaterials,Rare-earthcoordination,Synthesis,Cellimages目录专用术语注释表............................................................................................................................................1第一章绪论..................................................................................................................................................21.1引言...........................................................
