AbstractForthepurposeofcementedcarbideapplications,thenanosizedrareearthadditiveswereaddedtomodifythemicron-sizedWC-Cocementedcarbide.Byusingthefollowingexperimentaltechniques,includingscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),energydispersivespectrometer(EDS),Vickershardness,transverserupturestrength,fracturetoughness,impacttoughness,impactabrasivewear,themicrostructure,mechanicalpropertiesandtheirinfluencingfactorswerestudiedanddiscussed.Thebetterfabricatingproposalwasdetermined.Inthispaper,nanosizedRE/TiCadditivesandnanosizedREadditivesweredeterminedaccordingtothematerialdesign.Thehardmetalwithhighdensityupto99.7%wasfabricatedsuccessfullybyadjustingtechnicalparametersandcomponentproportioning.Fromtheresultofcoerciveforceandthemicrostructureitcanbeseenthatthegrainsizewasreducedobviouslywhennanosizedrareearthadditiveswereadded,andthemechanismisthegrainrefiningstrengthening.Theenergydispersivespectrometerresultindicatedthatthenanosizedrareearthadditivesdistributedmoreuniformlywhenthesinteringtemperaturewas1450℃andthemillingtimewas36h.ConventionalmechanicaltestindicatedthatwhennanosizedREadditiveswasaddedtothehardmetal,thevickerhardness,transverserupturestrength,fracturetoughness,impacttoughnessallimproved,andforexamplethetransverserupturestrength,fracturetoughness,impacttoughnessofwhichthecontentis0.1%wereimproved17.5%、11.5%and31.5%respectively.Thefracturesurfaceshowsthatthefracturemechanismwastranscrytallinefractureandintergranularfracture,andthebondingstrengthbetweenthegrainswasbetterwhenthenanosizedrareearthadditiveswereadded.TheimpactabrasivewearresultsshowthatthewearresistancewasimprovedobviouslybyaddingnanosizedRE/TiCandREadditives,andthebetterwereimprovedmorethan100%.KeywordsWC-Cocementedcarbide;nanosizedRE/TiCadditives;nanosizedREadditives;nanosizedrareearthmodification目录第1章绪论.........................................................................................................11.1研究背景..................................................................................
