AbstractShanghaiNormalUniversityMasterofPhilosophyAbstractModernteachingdesignandthecurrentbasiceducationreforminourcountryattachgreatimportanceandemphasizetheteachingprocessofcurriculumstandardforteachingattheheadofthesexrole,butinteachingpractice,thereisstillaproblemsuchascurriculum,teaching,evaluationofinconsistent,whichreducestheeffectivenessofteaching.Curriculumstandardistheagendaoftheteachinggoaldesign,theteachingprocessisareflectionoftheteachinggoal,teachingevaluationistheevaluationofteachingeffecttokeeptheconsistencyintheprocessofthisseries,thatiswhatweneedtoimproveandsolve.ThisstudyisbasedoneducationobjectivetaxonomytheoryofBloomandAnderson,whosethemainresearchobjectismoraleducationfromShanghaiversionofjuniormiddleschool,andstudyingalineofteaching,thecurriculumstandard,teachingmaterialcontentsandtheacademicassessmentproblembetweenteachingprocessandtheconsistency.Byvisiting,studying,practicingandotheraspects,teachersarelearnttohaveawarenessofcourses,designingteachingstepsaccordingdifferentknowledgeandassessmentofcourses.Thatgivessomelessonsformoraleducationalteachingreforms,andimprovesmoraleducationalteaching.Paperisdividedintofivechapters:thefirstchapterisintroduction,whichmainlyintroducestheresearchbackground,researchsignificance,researchstatus,researchquestions,researchideasandmethods.Thesecondchapterisbasedonthedefinitionandtheoreticalbasis,whichmainlydefinestheconceptrelated.ThispaperintroducesthebloomeducationobjectivetaxonomytheoryandtheoryofAndersonsrevision,andthecurriculumstandardinterpretationofitsintegrationwiththeeducationaltargetclassification.Thethirdchapteristheanalysisofconsistencydegreeofteachingmaterialandcurriculumstandard.Theforthchapteristheanalysisofteachingcases,whichelectedgrade6-9consistencyofteachingtarget,teachingandevaluation,andputforwardimprovementmethodstotheproblems.TheChapterfiveisaboutpartreflectionontheproblemtokeepthegoalandtheteaching,tomaintaintheconsistencyoftheteacherspersonalproblems,todealwiththe3Dobjectandtheissueo
