ResearchonLowerextrimityStiffnessandMuscleNeuromuscularStrengthTrainingAdaptabilityRelatedtoRunningEconomyAbstractObjective:Thisstudyaimsto:(1)exploretherelationshipsbetweenfactorsaffectingthelowerextremitystiffnessandrunningeconomy(RE),determinebiomechanicalindexforrunningeconomyevaluation,compensatefortheshortageofphysiologicalindexofrunningeconomyevaluation;(2)exploretheeffectofstrengthtrainingonskeletalmuscleworkeconomy,mechanicalpropertiesandsurfaceEMGsignalcharacteristics,revealthemechanismofstrengthtrainingtoimproveRE,compensateforthecurrentresearchshortage,providereferencetodrawuptargetedtrainingplanforrunners’REimprovements.Methods:(1)Inordertoexploretherelationshipbetweenrunningeconomyandthelowerextremitystiffness,avoidphysiologyandkinesiologyfactorshaveeffectonexperimentalresults,14welltrainedmiddleandlongdistancerunners(with4.55±0.96yearsofprofessionalaerobicendurancetrainingexperience)wererecruitedintothisstudyandweredistributedintotwogroupsaccordingtotheirRE,MTUstiffnessoflowerextremityandpre-motiontimeoftheachillestendonreflexweremeasuredforgroupcomparisons,threedimensionmotionandforceanalysiswereusedtocalculatethelegstiffnessandjointstiffnessofthelowerextremityduringcontactphaseofrunning,stableVO2ofrunningatthespeedof12km/hwerecollectedtocalculateREvalue.PearsoncorrelationanalysismethodwasusedtoexploretherelationshipbetweenREandlegstiffens,jointstiffnessofthelowerextremity.Independent-samplesTtestwasusedtocomparethedifferencesofthelowerextremitystiffnessbetweendifferentREgroups.(2)InordertoexplorethemechanismsofstrengthtrainingtoimproveREandtheeffectofstrengthtrainingonmuscleexerciseeconomyandmechanicalproperties,30untrainedhealthymenwithnopreviousstrengthtrainingexperienceandparticipatephysicalexerciselessthanonceaweekwererecruitedintothisstudy,andweredistributedintotrainingandcontrolgroup,onlytraininggroupreceived10weeks英文摘要跑步经济性相关下肢刚度与神经肌肉力量训练适应性研究progressivestrengthtrainingintervention.Parametersrelatetomuscleexerciseeconomyandmechanicalpropertie
