ResearchandmodelofplasticaccumulationunderlowstressrepeatedimpactanddifferentimpactenergyAbstractResearchandmodelofplasticaccumulationunderlowstressrepeatedimpactanddifferentimpactenergyAbstractIntheengineeringfield,manypartsoftenfailunderlowstressrepeatedimpactforalongtime,butthestressonthesepartsareusuallyabout1/5~1/2ofmaterialyieldstrength.Lotsofengineeringexperimentresultsshowedthatthefailureofthesepartsisduetomaterialmacroplasticdeformationphenomenon.Accordingtothisphenomenon,thethesisdidthelowstressrepeatedimpacttestsofYT01industrialpureironinlayeredplasticresponsemethod,andstudythelawofmacroscopiccumulativeplasticsdeformation,especiallyfocusesontheeffectsofimpactenergy,andsetupthemathmodelofmacroscopiccumulatedeformation.Thisthesisimprovedthesecondgenerationoftherepeatedimpacttestingmachine.Themachinecanchangeimpactenergywithoutchangingtheimpactstress.SelectastyleofsingleorganizationandsimplestructurematerialYT01industrialpureironasthelowstressrepeatedimpactexperimentalmaterial.Meshedthepartsandputforwardthenewwayoflayeredplasticdistortionresponse.Thesampleisdividedintothreegroupsandtherepeatedimpactexperimentisconductedunderthesameimpactstressanddifferentimpactenergy.Theexperimentresultsshowedthat,eveninthefarbelowthematerialyieldstrengthofstress,theareathatapproachedtotheimpactsurfaceenduredsufficientnumberofimpactwouldgeneratedenoughmacroplasticdeformation;intheperiodofplasticdeformation,thedeformationratewasnotconstantandtheentiresampledeformationdistributionwasnotuniform,thedeformationcompliedwithparticulardiscipline;thesampleenduredcollision256×103timesormore,thedeformationtendedtostop,andattachedtostability;inthesamegroup,theexperimentdatashowedthatthegreatertheimpactenergyofthesample,thegreaterthefinalcumulativedeformation;thedeformation,thestrainrationchangeofthesurfacearemaximum,withthelayerdepthincreasingtheAbstractResearchandmodelofplasticaccumulationunderlowstressrepeatedimpactanddifferentimpactenergydeformation,thestrainrationbecomesmallerandsma
