Title:RESEARCHONTHEMETHODOFHIGHPRECISIONTHREEDIMENSIONALSHAPEMEASUREMENTUSINGSACNNINGLASERPROBEMajor:TechnologyInstrumentationofTestingandMeasuringName:MengjueJinSignature:Supervisor:Prof.JunLiuSignature:AbstractThree-dimensional(3-D)shapemeasurementisanimportantmethodofgettingtheobjectshapefeature.Withtherapiddevelopmentofindustrialtechnology,thedemandof3-Dshapemeasurementtechnologyisbecomehigherandhigherinindustry,aerospace,medicalscience,reverseengineeringandsoon,traditionalcontactmeasurementmethodhasbeenunabletomeettherequirementof3-Dshapemeasurement.Becauseofitshighprecision,miniaturization,intelligenceandintegrationetc,thelasermeasurementtechniquehasauniqueadvantageinthefieldofhighprecisionnon-contact3-Dshapemeasurement.Therefore,ithasgreatsignificancetocarryouttheresearchonthemethodof3-Dshapemeasurementusinglaserscanningprobe.Themainresearchworksofthisthesisincludethefollowingparts:Firstly,detailedanalysisandcomparisonthedirectemittingtypeandobliqueemittingtypebasedontheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthemeasurementprogram,andcombinetotheactualrequirements,finallythedirectlasertriangulationwaschosenasthebasicmeasurementmethod.TherelationshipbetweenthesurfacedisplacementontheobjectandthedisplacementonthesensitiveelementCCDisderivedindetail,andthesystemprogramisdesigned.Secondly,thesystemhardwareandsoftwarearedesignedindetail.Thentheparametersoftheopticalsystemisdesigned.Andthemathematicalmodelofthemeasurementsystemisestablished.TheimageprocessingalgorithmisanalyzedandtheimagesprocessingprogramisaccomplishedbyVisualC++.ByimagescollectingwithCCDandprocessingoffilteringIIInoising,binaryzation,thinning,andthestraightlinefittingusinglaserknife,theshapeofobjectcanbecalculatedFinally,thelasermeasurementsystemisbuiltandthesystemcalibrationiscarriedout.Therealshapevariationofmeasuredobjectisobtained.TheexperimentresultsdemonstratethefeasibilityofthedesignedsystembycomparingthemeasurementresultswithCMM.Keywords:Non-contactmeasurement;Lasertriangulation;CCD;Imageprocessing;目
