山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要本文针对煤矿深部高应力软岩巷道开挖、支护后所表现出的持续底臌、顶沉、帮缩等具有明显流变特性的非线性大变形现象,结合工程实际研究了其变形破坏机制及耦合控制技术。通过对华丰煤矿-1180岩石运输集中巷的现场监测、数值模拟以及理论研究结果表明:(1)深部高应力倾斜岩层巷道断面与岩层倾斜方向所成的钝角部位是产生变形破坏的关键部位。(2)巷道两帮围岩塑性区的大范围扩展是导致两帮收敛变形剧烈的直接因素;深部高强地应力与构造应力的叠加,使未作支护的底板岩土体发生塑性流动,造成持续底臌变形,是引发两帮收敛剧烈的重要诱因。(3)巷道变形破坏机制主要包括:深部高强地应力与构造应力叠加引起的具有流变特性的非线性大变形机制;受倾斜岩体结构影响而产生的层间剪切滑移变形机制;深部高应力软岩扩容机制。基于上述研究,在锚网支护基础上,提出以补强锚索、二次加密高强锚杆、持续渐进让压托盘、底角锚杆、底板注浆锚杆、可缩性U型钢支架等为主的耦合支护控制对策,从而达到控制巷道非线性大变形的目的。最后,通过数值模拟分析耦合支护成套控制技术的支护效果,并与现场监测对比,优化支护参数,验证支护实际效能。工程应用结果表明,采用耦合支护控制措施,不仅可以有效地控制深部高应力软岩巷道的持续底臌、关键部位变形和巷道围岩大流变,而且大大提高了巷道围岩的整体稳定性。关键词:深部巷道;高应力软岩;倾斜岩层;流变;变形机理;耦合支护山东科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractAbstractConsideringthelargenonlineardeformationswithobviousrheologicalbehaviorsasfrequentfloorheaves,roofsubsidence,sidesshrinkageandothertrendsintheroadwayofhigh-stressedinthedeepmineafterexcavatingandsupporting,thedeformationmechanismandcouplingcontroltechniqueisstudiedbythispaper.Fromthemonitoringdatum,thedeformationiscausedebytheobtuseangle,whichisformedbetweentheroadwaysectionandinclinedplaneofthestratum.Therearethreecharacters:thelargenonlineardeformationmechanismwithrheologicalbehaviorswhicharecausedbythehighandstronggroundstressintegratedwiththetectonicstress,thedeformationmechanismofinterfacialshearslipcausedbythestructureofinclinedcoalrocks,andthedilatancyofhigh-stressedsoftrocksinthedeep.Thelargenonlineardeformationcanbecontrolledbythecouplingsupporttechnique,whichmainlyincludestheanchorcablereinforcement,secondaryincreasingthehighandstronganchors,theflooranti-slidingpilewiththeanchor,theanchorwithfloorgroutingandflexibleU-shapedsteelsupport.Inviewofthefieldpractice,Thefloorheaveanddeformationincriticalpartscanbecontrolledbythecouplingsupportmethod,aswellastheoverallstabilityofsurroundingrocksintheroadway.Keywords:thedeeproadway;highstresssoftrock;inclinedstratum;rheology;deformationmechanism;coupledsupporting目录1绪论..............................................................................................................11.1课题的背景与意义···
