AbstractWhenuniversitygraduatesenterthesociety,therearedifferentrolesintherealsocietywhichrequiresthegraduatestoplaymultipleroles.Thedifferencebetweenastudentandaprofessionalisquitebig.Whenfittingtherole,thereisroleconflictoftenandtheycannotroletransmissiondoesnotworkwell.Understandingtheirrolewellandmakeitrationalisveryimportantforhelpingnewgraduateemployeestoovercometheanxiousmodeandpsychologicaldisorderswhentheyhavebeguntoworkinthesociety.Byjoiningthegroupofthenewgraduateemployees,usingqualitativeresearchmethod,observingtheroleconflictphenomenonamongthegroupofthenewgraduateemployeesin-depthandcombiningwiththespecialsituationoftheinductiontrainingwhichcanbeconsideredasatransitionperiod,adopttheRETandtask-centeredmodeltohelpnewemployeesdealwiththeproblemofroleconflict:REThelpemployeesresolveroleconflictandcopewiththenegativeincidentsinthegrowthofoccupation.Duringthisprocess,thenewgraduateemployeesgraduallyrealizetheirrolerequirements,takeoffthepsychologyofstudentsanddeveloptheoccupationmentality;Task-centeredmodelintervenetherolesconflict,helpingnewgraduateemployeessolvetheproblemsofthecareerplanandmakepreparationfortherolepractice.Theresearchfoundthattheexistingroleconflictproblemplaysanimportantpartinthedevelopmentofthenewstaff’scareer.Andtherearedominantroleconflictproblemandrecessiveroleconflictproblemsatthesametime.Theinterventionofthesocialcaseworkdoesnotonlyhelpnewgraduateemployeessolvetheproblemsbroughtbytheroleconflict,butalsopromotetheirgrowthanddevelopthecompetitionabilitiesoftheiroccupations.Atthesametime,thepracticeofsocialcaseworkmodeprovidesanopportunityforsocialworkerstodeveloptheirself-awareness,self-reflectionandabilities.Italsoprovidesotherpracticerswithexperienceforsimilarservices.Inadditionitprovidesexperienceforsocialworkteamandapplicationofsocialworktechnique.Keywords：SocialCaseWork;NewGraduateEmployee;Roleconflict目录摘要....................................................................................................IAbstract.................
